What Is It?
Surveillance style acoustic tube earpiece with 3.5mm audio jack and 30 inch straight cord.
Work With:
- Any Miner Mic (all Miner Mics have a 3.5mm audio jack)
- Any other audio device with a 3.5mm audio jack.
Plugs Into:
3.5mm audio jack of your speaker mic or audio device
Why You Need It:
Allows you to listen discreetly when others in the vicinity should not. With optional ear tips, special circumstances can be accommodated. The foam noise attenuating ear tips provide a 29dB background noise reduction, so that you can hear critical radio transmissions even in noisy environments. Open ear inserts enable you hear radio transmissions without impeding your ability to hear ambiant sounds in environments where your safety could be jeapordized otherwise. How would you rate this product? I love my Miner Mic and it is plenty loud, but sometimes I need to block out some of the surrounding noise. I ordered this surveillance style listen only ear piece with the optional foam ear tips and I couldn't be happier. For a lightweight and comfortable option I get more hearing protection that I thought I would and I can still clearly hear radio traffic. (Posted on 3/26/2016)
