BATTERY CHEMISTRY COMPATIBILITY
This rapid rate charger will charge the original OEM BK Radio batteries and aftermarket batteries for your KNG P series radios.
At time of publication there are no other battery chemistries other than Li-Ion for the KNG P series radios. If new battery chemistries become available for these radios, there will be no need to update your charger.

The KAA0300P Rapid Rate KNG Portable Radio Charger is designed to charge the battery to 85% on rapid charge, then complete the charge with a slow charge, shutting off when the battery is fully charged to prevent overcharging.
