does this include the corresponding cable to attach to the radio unit?

The Sti-Co ROOT-FT-NITI-M antenna is just the antenna. The Mount with Cable and RF Connector are sold separately as there are different kinds of mounts and connectors depending on the radio that you are connecting the antenna to. There are permanent or magnetic mounts to choose from and then depending on the radio you would choose the RF Connector.
